Debasish is an MBA in Systems and Executive MBA from LBS. Founded the company in 2007, which was back then largely a hardware supplier company. He used to work himself, and it was not before a year or so that Computronics hired its first employee. Yes the company has come a long way, and now in 2009, it is one of the leading software and web development companies around. He looks after the day-to-day affairs of the company, and virtually everything, from daily attendance of employees to software testing, from accounts to client handling, goes under his strict supervision. Apart from managing core business affairs, he has a particularly sensitive understanding of the global development model and provides valuable direction to Computronics and its customers. He wants to see Computronics growing rapidly in the coming years.

They say looks can be deceptive, look no further than Debajyoti, the Director of Computronics. The man with seemingly uncanny looks is actually a great strategist and keeps extremely cool even under telling pressure situations. A major decision maker in the company, he manages the finances of Computronics.  He takes active participation in planning, strategy development, fund raising, quality management systems, and so on and affords the opportunity of working with his peers on making good informed decisions that improves business performance. With a B.Tech and MBA degree, he has helped the company to move forward steadily amidst difficult times. 

Avik is the Technical Director of Computronics, holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications and is a key figure in the company's technical operations. He has a strong background in both software and systems integrations and has developed an extraordinary understanding of technology and the software development processes. He is instrumental in guiding customers, constructing long-term technology plans and is a demanding leader and manager. He brings his vast knowledge of the software industry, and his years of experience in managing the development team of Computronics. His unique style of management fosters a constructive, cooperative and vibrant work environment that nurtures motivated, reliable and committed professionals.
 

Sudeep is the Director of Computronics, brings over 6 years of business development and partner management experience to Computronic's sales and marketing team. In addition to overseeing the company's sales efforts and partner engagements, Sudeep also looks after the HR operations and leads our staffing and recruitment operations. He is closely involved in his team’s activities which include corporate communication, branding and messaging, and new market identification. He has a crystal clear understanding about the local as well as global markets, which enables the company to keep up with the changing market trends.
